  Should have checked the tragic reviews of this restaurant before eating here. Food does take forever to come out, and when ours I did the Thai Rice dish we had ordered was a hardened lump of rice surrounded by a few sad shrimp. Server came by once during the meal. Go eat in the food court and save your time and money.

  My wife and me both ordered their chicken club with cranberry pumpkin dead bread.
  
  Server asked us in advance if we were ok with that bread.
  
  Sanwitch came and the bun was so dense I'm not sure anyone could eat sandwich.
  
  We complained to both server and manager... they asked if they could get us anything else.. so we ordered an appy.
  
  Imagine our surprise when we were to pay that the appy was there and the bill was not discounted.
  
  Now I complained about this to senior Mgr/owner.. she said they don't discount their food.. I was appalled I even had to ask.. their competitors take food right off bill without asking...
  
  Terrible chain.. even worse follow up experience with all staff...
  
  Don't expect value, quality or service here as you will not get it.

  We eat here at least twice a month. So disappointed tonight. We up and walked out when 20 minutes into being seated, we had not been greeted. It takes but a minute to smile and say you'll be right with someone.
  
  Talent pool seems to be running weak these days.

  With all the bad reviews me and my family would of avoided this place. We were greeted by two girls at the front door, quickly got sat even though the resturaunt was busy. Me and my wife both ordered the chicken asiago which turned out to be amazing. The head chef? dropped by our table and others around us to hand out desert tasters that turned out incredible. Almost missed our movie from the 30min wait but turned out great. Will come back.

  What a terrible restaurant. We had an hour to kill before a movie and wanted to have dinner. There are 3 restaurants beside eachother and we definitely picked the wrong one.
  
  The appetizers came out with the main dish (and we had just recieved our drinks after a long wait), and was completely cold in the middle. They 'reheated' it for us which made the dish hot but not the food. The prime rib sandwich was filled with all the fat scraps from the prime rib, not edible.
  
  We ordered a small glass of wine but were brought the big one. She promptly poured it into a wine glass with food stuck to it. When we pointed out the filthy glass she got us a new glass and then poured the wine/food into the new glass.
  
  I didn't even want to have to type this out as the restaurant doesn't deserve my time at this point but hopefully someone reads it and goes to the other restaurants.
